We deliver three categories of private home care services: Personal Care, Companion or Sitter Care, and Family Coordination Programs — all supervised by experienced professionals and designed to exceed Georgia’s state standards for quality and compliance.

Our Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) are trained to Georgia’s 40-hour state competency requirement and guided by licensed care supervisors. They provide respectful, hands-on support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.

Services include:

• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance
• Mobility, ambulation, and safe transfers
• Meal planning, preparation, and proper nutrition support
• Medication reminders and documentation tracking
• Vital sign checks and basic wellness observation
• Home safety, sanitation, and organization

Each service plan is developed and reviewed under Georgia Rule 111-8-65-.11, ensuring individualized, accountable, and high-quality care.

Rate: $26–$34 per hour

Our Companion and Sitter Care focuses on the social, emotional, and environmental needs that enrich quality of life. Companionship is more than presence — it’s genuine connection, conversation, and reassurance.

Services include:

• Friendly companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Grocery shopping, errands, and appointment escorts
• Meal preparation and light household organization
• Encouragement for hobbies, reading, and recreation
• Safety monitoring and daily check-ins

This program aligns with Rule 111-8-65-.03(c) and (r)(3), allowing us to deliver essential quality-of-life support in a dignified, structured, and compassionate way.

Rate: $22–$28 per hour

For clients who require more advanced personal support, our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) provide skilled, supervised care that blends professionalism with empathy. This option is ideal for post-surgical recovery, chronic conditions, or medically sensitive needs.

Services include:

• Advanced personal care for medically fragile clients
• Post-operative recovery and observation
• Safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Collaboration with physicians, nurses, and family members

All CNA services follow Georgia’s private home care supervision standards and include regular oversight to ensure consistency and safety.

Rate: $30–$36 per hour

Our Family Coordination Program ensures seamless communication and oversight for every client. Each family is assigned a Care Coordinator who acts as a single point of contact — keeping everyone informed, supported, and aligned.

Program features:

• Monthly or weekly family wellness updates
• Care plan reviews and adjustments
• Appointment and medication coordination
• Crisis management and emergency referrals
• Collaboration with physicians, therapists, and discharge planners

This program fulfills Georgia’s service agreement and quality improvement standards under Rule 111-8-65-.09 and .10, ensuring transparency, accountability, and total peace of mind.

Rate: $75–$100 per visit or $250 per month

Kindly Companions proudly introduces Georgia’s first integrated Digital Wellness & Family Monitoring Program — bridging compassionate home care with secure technology.
This innovative offering gives families real-time updates and empowers clients to stay connected and confident.

Program features:

• Smart-home device setup (Amazon Echo, Google Nest Hub, or similar systems)
• Secure family dashboard for check-ins and wellness alerts
• Telehealth readiness support and Wi-Fi setup for virtual appointments
• Arrival and departure notifications for caregiver transparency
• Scam awareness and digital literacy coaching for clients and families

All technology is HIPAA-compliant, client-owned, and fully managed with written consent.
Rate: $40–$140 per month (optional add-on)

We recognize that every family’s situation is unique. Kindly Companions offers specialized programs tailored to meet diverse needs, including:

• Post-Surgical Recovery Assistance

• Dementia & Alzheimer’s Support
• Hospital-to-Home Transition Care

Each plan is carefully developed and supervised under Georgia Rule 111-8-65-.10(2), ensuring consistent, professional, and compassionate support.
